Ingredients:
- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and cooled
- 1.5 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon each salt and baking soda
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325. lightly grease a 9 x 5 in loaf pan
- In a mixing bowl, mash up bananas.
- Beat in sugar, then egg and butter.
- In another bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking soda
- Add mixture in bowl to banana mixture and stir until all flour is moistened
- Pour batter in prepared pan
- Bake 55-60 minutes
