Day 1:
I started the first day off with having a large cup of green tea. I thought that the cleanse was going to be a piece of cake and the three days would go by like nothing...well was I in for a rude awakening. following my lovely cup of tea, I did my T25 workout. I followed up my T25 workout with my first shake of the day. I mixed my vanilla shakeology with 10 oz of water and a ½ cup of frozen fruit and blended it. Then I had another shake with just 10 oz of water and vanilla shakeology. In the afternoon, I had a glass of green tea and an apple. Then right before dinner, I had my last shake same as I did in the afternoon. For dinner, I had a large salad with chicken. It was so delicious. The first day was very hard. I couldn’t stop thinking about food. but i stuck to it!

Day 2:
Waking up on the second day, I lost 2 pounds. YAY! The second day was a little easier than the first. started off the day with my first shake with vanilla shakeology with 10oz of water. I had a cup of green tea and an orange. for lunch, I had a shake with vanilla shakeology with 10 oz of water and a ½ cup of frozen fruit and blended. then for a snack, i had a cup of green tea. I worked out in the afternoon, so by dinner I was hungry. then after my workout I had another vanilla shakeology shake with 10 oz of water. For dinner, I had a large salad with a grilled chicken. Went to bed and slept better!

Day 3:
Woke up on the 3rd day and felt reenergized. I was down 6 pounds total. I started my morning off with a cup of green tea.

After my cup of green tea, I got a quick T25 workout in. I had a vanilla shakeology shake with 10 oz of water in it. Then for lunch, I had a vanilla shakeology shake with 10 oz of water and a ½ cup of frozen fruit. For an afternoon snack, I had a glass of green tea and an apple. For my last shake i had vanilla shakeology with 10 oz of water, blended with ice. For dinner, I had this delicious salad to finish up the 3 day cleanse

Day 4:
Day 4 results were in. LOST 8 POUNDS!!! There were many points throughout the 3 days that I wanted to stop and have a cheat meal, but I didn’t, and I am very proud of myself. Not only did I lose 8 pounds but I also feel less bloated, I feel healthier, and I am ready to take on the new challenges I have set for myself!
